Albert Dweck

Albert has been the head of Duke Properties in New York City for over two decades. As CEO of Duke Properties and Aritfex Brokerage, Albert’s responsibilities include oversight of all aspects of the company’s real estate activities, which include planning, acquisition, financing, marketing, sales, leasing, and maintenance.

Since founding Duke in 2001, he has been the managing principal of over 40 real estate partnerships with approximately 500 units under management in the North Eastern United States.
